Our overriding mission, beyond real estate, is to contribute to our society and the world in a positive way.

Our journal, called "Perspectives", aims to communicate our relevant perspectives in the realms of philosophy, culture, art, music, architecture, social change, food, restaurants, nature, and yes, real estate. We hope you enjoy our writing. We love your feedback and dialogue, so please feel free to share your thoughts.

I even feel a pull to “stick to real estate” as I write this right now (alas, I’m not doing that). I’ve come to embrace giving back as an essential part of my life. I’ve relented. I’m living with giving. Find out how and why!

Information vs Insight: It Matters in Real Estate and Beyond

Shakers were known for their ecstatic dancing. In our universe at the dawn of the 2020’s, we don’t "shake" much. We look at our devices a lot though. Digital media is our God. We see (rather than read) snippets of information - “a little bit of everything all of the time,” as the comedian Bo Burham put it.

State Of Grace: To Be Nimble

The world has changed and will continue to change, ever-so-fast. As humans, we instinctively crave "normal", meaning that which we know. Yet what if, despite our instincts, "new" is what propels us to better lives, to do better, to strive, to learn, to evolve? Even as we resist, change is upon us, like it or not. We either retreat from it, or we embrace it and allow ourselves to grow. Either way, change is here to stay.
