Emma Maitland

A native New Yorker and top New York City real estate professional with intimate knowledge of the city's neighborhoods and nuances, Emma Maitland combines professional experience in the worlds of branding, media, food, design, and real estate with a commitment to exceptional and careful customer service. Known for her enthusiastic approach and affable personality, Emma quickly forms genuine connections with each of her clients, who consistently appreciate her innovative thinking, tireless work ethic, and ability to find the right real estate solution for them.

Growing up in New York City, Emma was always fascinated by the full spectrum of homes she was exposed to, from lofts to townhouses to tenement apartments to high rises to illegal studios. The infinite possibilities of ways to live and places to live in

Emma has a broad and detailed understanding of the NYC marketplace, across Downtown and Upper Manhattan, as well as virtually all Brooklyn neighborhoods. In addition to NYC, Emma is passionate about and spends much of her time in the Hudson Valley, where she's recently teamed up with Wendy to create record-breaking sales including The Glass House in Hudson, NY and Four Barns Farm in Millbrook, NY.

With a deep and broad background in nutrition, Emma is also a chef and a founding partner of an all locally sourced ingredients private dining and catering company in New York City in addition to the startups WholyWorld, a new food media company, and WholyM!lk, a sustainable clean label organic plant-based milk.

Emma graduated from NYU with a Bachelor's degree in Media, Culture, and Communications and a minor in Art History. She has also lived in Paris and Miami. In her spare time she can loves to cook whatever is in season, go on hikes with her dog, explore local farms, play tennis, and generally explore wherever she is.
