Suzanne Corso

Suzanne Corso is an associate of Wendy Maitland at Atelier WM, and serves a key role in Atelier, a bespoke real estate envisioned and established by Wendy Maitland to support an array of clientele, from sellers, to buyers, to landlords and tenants, and new development projects, throughout the transaction process. Atelier's mission is to guide clients through the process to identify the best possible path towards attaining multi-layered goals and to help them achieve those goals.

Suzanne began working in real estate four years ago and immediately procured great success. She brings with her tremendous experiences in dealing with high-end real estate in the prime areas of residential and commercial properties here in the New York, the greater United States, and abroad. Her sellers respect her tenacity and the creative strategies used to sell their properties at market-making prices. Suzanne’s clients frequently commend her on her positive, charming, determined, and energetic personality and high level of customer service. She works with each client on a case-by-case basis, educating and guiding them based on their personal needs, and the market. She continues that focus, dedication, and tenacity until her client is able to find his or her ideal property.

Corso is the author of three novels all published by Simon& Schuster. She is also completing her highly waited trilogy, Rough Cuts, set in exotic locals encompassing the very alluring diamond industry; to be published 2019. Corso has produced for the New York and London stages, as well as produced two documentaries, and has written a children’s book. She was a contributing TV Film Correspondent to NBC - The Today Show - as well as a columnist for Downtown Magazine. Currently Brooklyn Story is being negotiated into a feature film.
